I have years of experience and 100+ hours with clients as well as a library of scientific knowledge to help you to self-heal and take charge of your own health and happiness, as well as your loved ones………..my role is that of a catalyst in your own self-healing process. I am a signpost to assist you to begin and continue your journey into a new paradigm of health and self-awareness

In 2005, I trained as a counsellor, where I gained a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in the Creative and Therapeutic Application of the Arts, as well as a certification in Creative Group Work (East London University).
Furthermore, having trained as a counsellor, I have over two decades of experience in one-to-one pastoral care. I am also a qualified Conscious Language Coach, as well as an AURA and RAAH Reiki practitioner.
