| Detailed Description | I am Pascale… My main mission is to hold the space for you to find grace, compassion and love while you self- heal yourself. This is your story, you are not only the main character but also the director of it. So how will you allow your life to unfold? My approach: I like to approach each of my clients whether they are a Doula client or not, with a big Doula heart, I love the excerpt from “Cultivating the Doula Heart” by Francesca Lynn Arnoldy: D – Dedication to Presence O – Open Mindedness U – Understanding with Compassion L – Listening Intently A – Allaying Distress Practicing this in my daily life with my relationship to myself, family and friends has allowed me to become a silent witness to my own and others journey. My Why: I have journeyed through life experiencing repressed memories from sexual abuse, low self-worth, and starvation of love from an abusive parent, self-harm from disassociation and alcohol abuse from the loss of my first child and through it all I was willing to come home to myself, to become the light that embraces the darkness, breaking open my heart to allow more love, more compassion, more listening and more understanding within me for myself and others. My life’s experiences have brought me here, and as the younger version of myself was assisted through these modalities, I would be honoured to be the one holding space for you during your journey.
