I am a 62 year old man. I meditate regularly, so I am comfortable following Kandice into guided meditation. but We had a sound bath and a guided meditation. I’m working on getting rid of a consistent cough. I fell into deep sleep when the sound bath started. And woke up when finished. Felt relaxed and not like I had been asleep. Because I slept good that night. I stopped doing the nasal spray. And my cough keeps getting better everyday. I had set intention for relieving this condition. I believe it is working. Reiki healing with Kandice put me on a whole new timeline! I was a deep in lower chakra purging during eclipse season and struggling so much before the healing, her reiki felt like divine intervention for me. Kandice has the most soothing and peaceful aura so it’s healing just to be in her energy. She does a chakra singing bowl cleanse at the beginning and that alone totally shifted my energy. However, since the healing, my body is tangibly more open and light each day. I am also healing from cervical spine issues and this made a huge difference. You will feel this healing in your body.
